When will my box ship?
All boxes ship out on the 15th of the month you are ordering for. Example~ You are ordering for month of September, your box will ship out on September 15th. *Note* There may be certain instances where your box will ship sooner. If so, it will be posted and you will be notified as well as receiving your tracking number via email.
What is included in my box?
Each months boxes will have a full description and you will have a choice as to which box to choose from. Make sure YOU read each box description carefully on the website before ordering and follow any instructions listed. If you are to choose which genres you want, you MUST list those in the notes section of your paypal transaction. Should you forget, you may email your options to theindiebox(at)tonyasindiebox(dot)com with your name, order info and your choices.This must be done before the order close date.
I'm an author and would like to send swag to include in the swag bags. Where do I send this to?
If you would like to include swag in the monthly swag bags, you must send at least 100 pieces of swag. The total number of orders are varying, so to cover each box and to know there is enough to fill each order, I ask that you send swag in quantities of 100 pieces.

I am an Independent author and am interested in being a featured author in The Indie Box. How do I get information regarding this?
The Indie Box is for Independently published authors only. I am a firm believer there should be more outlets to support Indie authors and to sell their books. If you are interested in being a featured author, please send an email with your pen name and real name, what genres you write and how you heard about The Indie Box to: theindiebox(at)tonyasindiebox(dot)com subject: Interested author and I will get the information sent to you.
What makes The Indie Box different from the other boxes for sale?
The Indie Box is a set business. This is not a not for profit business. I work with the authors independently to gain pricing that is competitive and is beneficial for the authors. They actually sale their books to The Indie Box and are able to make money from the sales as opposed to donating them. They are making money from each box sold as they are selling their books through The Indie Box. It helps them get their books out to people who may never have heard of them, or may never have bought their books since you only know the genre choice when ordering your box. The Indie Box also is an ever changing monthly box, so I do not offer a subscription option for anyone to set up. I do not want The Indie Box to become boring or mundane. This being the reason different options are offered each month. Some options are offered each month as they are great hits with the readers. The swag bags included in each box is also a stellar hit as well. Each featured author in that months box includes swag as well as any other authors who donates swag. For every 50 orders sold in a given month, 1 lucky order is chosen to receive their box FREE or get the following months box at no charge. In every months swag bags, 1 lucky reader also receives a mystery gift card. So as you can see, there are many reasons to give The Indie Box a try and tell your friends.
